为了满足生化分析仪小型化、智能化的发展要求,同时以适应现代数据采集系统朝着快速、高精度,以及多参数等发展趋势,本文提出了一种嵌入式生化分析仪的信号采集系统驱动设计方案。该方案在分析了仪器信号采集系统工作原理的基础上,根据所用芯片特点,结合嵌入式电路I/O端口设计,采用最新的Linux-2.6内核技术,设计了信号采集系统在Linux下的驱动程序模块,实现了数据的采集工作以及对前端CCD积分时间的软件控制。经测试,该方法采集数据达到了很高的实时性和稳定性,同时由于驱动程序中以参数形式实现了仪器前端CCD积分时间的灵活控制,提高了整个嵌入式生化分析仪的测量精度。
In order to meet the need of miniaturization and intelligence of bio-analyzer and to adapt the trend of speediness, high precision and multi-parameter of modern digital acquire system, this paper provide a blue print for data acquire driver program for embedded bio-analyzer. This project based on the principle of data acquire system in bio-analyzer and consider the chip characteristics and the design of hardware I/O port, develop the data acquire driver program for Linux-2. 6 version by the way of kernel module to obtain data from hardware and control the integral time of CCD flexibly. Calculating the test result, we achieve high real time and nice stability. And as the result of flexible control of integral time of CCD, precision of the whole instrument come to a mighty advance.
