电导检测器具有在微流控电泳芯片上制作微电极较易以及外围信号处理电路较简单的特点,在电泳芯片上的集成研究已得到广泛的关注和开展。该文综述了近几年在微流控电泳芯片上集成电导检测器的原理、系统组成以及影响因素,介绍了MEMS技术在电泳芯片集成电导检测电极加工中的应用;重点综述了目前国内外相关研究报道中较有特色的在电泳芯片上集成的电导检测器。
The conductivity detector is characterized by the simple construction of micro-electrodes and circuits,which have significant advantages in the process of miniaturization and integration for analytical systems.Therefore,much more attention has been paid on the research of the integrated conductivity detector on the electrophoresis microchip.This review presented the developments of conductivity detection for CE-chip in the past several years.Specific issues related to the basic theory of conductivity detection on CE-chip are discussed,such as the detection principles,system composition and influence factors.MEMS technology applied to fabricate the integrated conductivity electrodes on the microchip is also addressed.Typical conductivity detectors integrated on CE-chips are described as the crucial part in this review.
