From the new point of view,looking for tumor-related proteins with serological proteomics research strategy may help to elucidate the correlation of the change of protein expression to oncogenesis,and may play a vital role in the early detection of cancer and anticancer therapy including drug exploitation. This article reviewed the relevant techniques, strategies and the application of serological proteomics research on tumor markers.
