In this paper,the consistent join-complete lattice was defined based on semiprime filter, and then the concept of consistent join-semicontinuous lattice was introduced and examined. In addition, some mapping properties of consistent join-semicontinuous lattice were also discussed and the fact that any retract of a consistent join-semicontinuous lattice is still consistent join-semicontinuous lattice also obtained.
