供应链成员间减少对抗、增强合作是未来供应链的一大发展趋势。该文利用生产函数和边际收益递减原理，构造了两类非博弈型基于研发一广告合作的二级供应链模型，并利用连续函数的性质给出了模型最优解的存在性与求解方法，对模型进行仿真分析，应用实例说明，平等合作供应链与主从合作的供应链整体利润会不变，只是主从合作情况下，主企业承担更大投资风险。该模型特点一是信息共享程度比博弈型大；二是各成员承担风险投资的同时，都以供应链整体利润最大化为依据。
英文摘要：
It is a big development trend that the rivalry between supply train members will diminish and cooperation will be enhanced in future. This essaybuilds two types of non-game supply chain models of two levels based on diminishing marginal principle, and give the best existence and way of solution according continuous function. It makes simulate analysis a living example to state that the whole benefit of fair cooperation supply chain and principal and subordinate supply chain will not change, only under the principal and subordinate supply chain the principal party will undertake more risk. The features of mold is the level of sharing information higher and except undertaking risk all the members runs the supply chain according to the maximize the whole benefits.
