对一种用于石油自动垂直钻井工具的微型液压动力系统进行脉宽调制控制研究,以实现在垂直钻井中对纠斜力的连续调节。针对这种具有微小容积、极小流量、单柱塞泵驱动的微型液压动力系统的特点,提出了一种非连续的脉宽调制控制方法,即通过合理确定PWM控制的脉宽周期、占空比、启动与结束时间,可在一定范围内利用两位两通电磁换向阀实现对执行机构输出力的连续控制。借助AMESim软件对该系统进行了仿真分析,并通过实验进行了验证。
PWM control of a micro hydraulic power system was used in an oil automatic vertical drilling tool, so as to achieve continuous adjustment to resistant inclination force in the vertical drill- ing. For the micro hydraulic power system's features of little volume, little flow and single piston pump drived, a discontinuous PWM control method was proposed. Determination of reasonable PWM control cycle, duty cycle, and the beginning and ending time can achieve the continuous control of the executive mechanism's output force in a certain range using a two--way solenoid valve. Simulated by software AMESim, then an experiment was completed to verify the control strategy.
