文章基于项目计划管理中的任务分解结构(WBS),对于项目型企业在多项目管理环境下如何进行部门绩效考核进行研究,结合平衡计分卡把wbs方法合理引入对部门的绩效考核中,构建了四级考核指标体系的部门绩效考核模型,并通过一个航空类企业的实例分析验证了其实用性和有效性。
This paper discusses a solution that based on work breakdown structure method (wbs) of project management for project-oriented enterprises to implement department's performance evaluation in an environment of multi project management. Combining with balanced score card, the wbs method is reasonably introduced to the department's performance evaluation, the paper build a department's performance evaluation model of four- level evaluation index system,and it verifies the practicability and effectiveness by an actual example of anaeronautics enterprise.
