在Riblet短槽定向耦合器中的耦合区加入金属谐振窗构成加窗短槽定向耦合器。通过优化谐振窗尺寸,可以有效降低回波损耗,为组建高性能功率合成网络提供便利。本文设计了工作波段为354-1GHz的3dB加窗短槽定向耦合器,回波损耗和隔离度小于-30dB,两个输出端口输出为-3±0.1dB;进一步设计了工作波段为35±1GHz 1:8加窗短槽定向耦合器网络,各端口回波损耗小于-20dB,8个输出端口输出为-9.15±0.15dB。
A windowed short-slot directional coupler is realized by putting a rectangular resonant iris in the coupling area of a Riblet coupler. The return loss of the coupler can be reduced obviously by optimizing the dimensions of the resonant iris, which is very adaptable to use in a high performance power combining network. In the paper, a 3dB windowed coupler is designed and simulated and the simulation shows that both the return loss and isolation are less than -30dB, and the two outputs are -3 ±0. ldB compared with input at bandwidth 35 ± 1GHz. Further, a 1:8 power divider network formed by 7 windowed couplers is designed and simulated. The simulation result shows that the return loss is less than -20dB and all outputs are -9.15 ± 0.15dB compared with input in the bandwidth 35 ±1GHz.
