通过活性追踪分离从千斤拔(Flemingia philippinensis Merr.et Rolfe.)干燥根中分离到9个化合物,通过现代波谱学方法鉴定化学结构分别为Eriosematin(1);Flemichapparin C (2);咖啡酸三十烷酯(3);Flemiphilippinin A(4);大黄素甲醚(5);染料木黄酮(6);Osajin(7);3,5-二羟基肉桂酸二十八酯(8);Lupinalbin A (9),化合物3和8为千斤拔属中首次分离鉴定.体外抗肿瘤活性研究结果表明,黄酮类化合物1、4、6、7和9对MCF-7、Hela、HepG2、B16细胞均具有较强的增殖抑制活性,可能是千斤拔的主要抗肿瘤活性成分.
Bioassay-directed fractionation of the Flemingia philippinensis Merr.et Rolfe led to isolation of compounds by modem chromatography.Nine compounds were isolated and identified as Eriosematin(1),Flemichapparin C (2),3',4'-Dihydroxy-trans-cinamic acid myricyl ester(3),Flemiphilippinin A(4),Physcion(10),Genistein(6),Osajin(7),octacosyl-3,5-dihydroxy-cinnamate (8),Lupinalbin A (9).Compounds 3 and 8 were isolated and identificated from the Flemingia genus for the first time.And their anti-tumor activities were evaluated.Results demonstrated that flavonoids compounds 1,4,6,7 and 9 exhibit significant anti-proliferative activity towards some well established cancer cell lines,e.g.MCF-7,Hela,HepG2 and B16,which showed these flavonoids compounds may be the main anti-cancer compounds of Flemingia philippinensis Merr.et Rolfe.
