针对实际的双转子航空发动机,建立了航空发动机双转子-支承-机匣耦合动力学模型。在耦合模型中,利用有限元方法对转子和机匣系统进行建模;支承系统采用了集总参数模型,计入了滚动轴承和挤压油膜阻尼器的非线性;定义了5种支承和连接方式,以适应复杂的双转子航空发动机转子-支承-机匣耦合系统建模。运用Newmark-β法和改进的Newmark-β法(翟方法)相结合的数值积分获取系统非线性动力学响应。最后进行了航空发动机的整机振动分析,分析了系统临界转速、应变能及不平衡响应灵敏度,研究了挤压油膜阻尼器的减振特性以及系统突加不平衡的瞬态响应。
In this paper,a new dual rotor-ball bearing-stator coupling dynamic model for practical aero-engine is established.In the coupling system,the rotor and casing systems are modeled by means of the Finite Elements method;the support systems are modeled as the lumped parameter models,and the nonlinear factors of ball bearings and the squeeze film dampers are also included;5 kinds of supports and connection modes are defined to model the complex rotor-support-casing coupling system of dual rotor aero-engine.A new numerical integral method,which combines the Newmark-β method and the improved Newmark-β method(ZHAI Method),is used to obtain the system responses.Finally,the vibration is analysis for whole aero-engine carried out,the system critical rotating speeds,strain energy,and the sensitivity of unbalance response are analyzed;the vibration suppression characteristics of squeeze film damper(SFD) and the transient responses of sudden unbalance are studied.
