建立了转子-滚动轴承系统不对中-碰摩耦合故障动力学模型。在联轴器不对中力模型中,分析了不对中力产生的原因;在转子系统中,考虑了不对中、不平衡和转静碰摩耦合故障。运用数值积分方法获取了系统的非线性动力响应,对不对中力模型和滚动轴承模型进行了验证,分析了转子不对中和碰摩对系统响应的影响,并对提出的动力学模型进行了试验验证,二者符合较好。
A misalignment - rubbing coupling faults 'dynamic model of rotor - ball bearings system was established in this paper. In the misalignment force model of the coupling, the reasons of inducing misalignment force were analyzed; in the model of rotor, the coupling faults that were induced by misalignment, unbalance and rotor - stator rubbing were considered. The numerical integral method was used to obtain nonlinear dynamic responses of rotor system, and the model of misalignment force and the model of ball bearings were validated, finally, the effects of misalignment and rubbing on system responses were analyzed. At last, the dynamic model was validated by experiments whose result was satisfactory to the dynamic model.
