设计了一套无损检测系统,包括硬件机械结构部分,基于Visual studio硬件顺序控制系统的电气控制部分和基于Visual C++6.0图像处理软件部分。提出了一种药柱内壁表面图像提取与测量的算法,包括在灰度处理阶段提出了标定反求降质函数法,在图像增强阶段提出了一种改进的快速并行中值滤波法,缩短了处理时间。后又进行了图像分割、细化等步骤。最后基于遍历法测量了图像裂纹的长度。解决了目前药柱内壁表面检测装备自动化水平低,裂纹识别能力差的问题,并且本套装备已经成功的应用在了航天某院的固体燃料药柱内壁表面的裂纹检测作业中,取得了良好的效果。
Designed a set of non-destructive testing systems: including hardware mechanical structure,electrical control section of sequential control system based on Visual studio,image processing software based on Visual C++6.0. It proposed a new image extraction and measurement algorithms of grain inner wall surface,oncluding a calibration reversing degraded function method in the gradation processing section. In the image enhancement stage,it also proposed a fast parallel median filtering method,shortening the operation time. Then it carried the image segmentation,refinement. Finally,it measured the length of the image fractures based on the traversal method,and resolved the problem on the equipment about the low level of automation and the poor ability of crack Identification. And this set of equipment has been successfully applied in the inner wall surface detection project in the Aerospace Academy,achieving good results.
