以某型号的凸轮轴磨床为研究对象,基于ANSYS Workbench对床身的动静态性能进行分析,获得床身的动静态特性参数。根据床身的应力云图、变形云图和振型云图可分析出床身的动静态特性参数均符合设计要求。最后进行实验模态分析,分析结果与有限元分析之间的最大误差为7.94Hz,验证了有限元分析结果的正确性,为床身优化设计以及轻量化研究奠定了基础。
Take a model of camshaft grinding machine as the research object and analyze the dynamic and static characteristics of bed based on ANSYS Workbench. According to the stress nephogram, deformation nephogram and vibration types nephogram of the bed, we can conclude that the dynamic and static characteristics parameters meet the design requirements. Finally, the experimental modal analysis is carried out, and the maximum error between the analysis results and the finite element analysis is 7.94 Hz, which verifies the correctness of the finite element analysis results. Thus the results lay a foundation for optimal design and lightweight research of the bed.
