鉴于药柱内壁表面检测环境的限制,而传统内窥镜检测装置的进给装置为刚性结构,给现场操作带来极大不便的状况,研制了一款伸缩比较大的闭环控制多级气缸,作为内窥镜检测装置的进给装置,设计了多级气缸的气路系统。由于多级气缸前端有向下的载荷,且要求较高的位置精确度,故对气缸进行了刚度检验,并设计了整套装置的控制系统。
