利用我国1978--2008年间的经济统计数据,研究了我国R&D投入对GDP的影响过程,包括影响滞后时间、作用路径和影响强度.研究结果表明,我国R&D活动的平均研发周期为5年,但是R&D活动对GDP作用的综合社会周期为7年,说明我国R&D活动的平均周期较长且对GDP的作用路径复杂;同时,在目前的资源配置条件下,产业资本投入的效果优于R&D投入的效果,R&D投入的效果优于劳动力投入的效果.
Based on China's economic statistical data from 1978 to 2008, it studies the acting process of R&D investment on GDP, including the delay time, acting routes and impact intensity. The results show that the average cycle time of the R&D activities per se in China is 5 years while the cycle time of comprehensive social function of R&D ac- tivities on GDP is 7 years, which implies that the cycle time of R&D activities in China is rather long and the acting route on GDP is complex; and under the current resource allocation conditions, the invest performance of industrial capital is better than that of R&D activities while the latter is better than that of labor force.
