综述了近几年国内外关于植物激素与器官发生关系的研究进展,以期为研究植物激素的作用机制提供参考,植物激素作为微量的有机分子,在植物生长发育、器官发生等生理活动的各个方面起着十分重要的作用。植物激素通常作用于植物激素受体,通过信号转导引发下游基因表达和相应的生理生化反应,进而影响根、茎、叶、花、果实等器官的形态建成。
This paper summarized the research advance in the impact of phytohormone on plant organogenesis at home and abroad in recent years, in the hope of providing references for the researches of phytohormone function mechanism. Phytohormone, as a microscale organic molecule, played a very important role in every aspect of physiological activities of plant, such as growth, development, organogenesis and so on. Typically, plant hormone acted on phytohormone receptor, triggered the downstream gene expression and the corresponding physiological and biochemical reactions through signal transduction, and thus affected the morphogenesis of root, stem, leaf, flower and fruit of plant.
