新疆跨境贸易人民币结算业务自试点以来取得了长足发展,本文通过国际贸易结算货币选择理论的分析框架,选择出影响此项业务开展的主要宏观因素,并建立VAR模型。研究结果显示：新疆自身的对外贸易实力、人民币汇率波动、境内外利差以及离岸金融市场的发展深度都是影响新疆开展跨境贸易人民币结算业务的主要因素。因而,此项业务的深入开展还有待于新疆进一步夯实经济基础、保证人民币汇率的相对稳定、压缩人民币的套利空间以及加快离岸金融市场的发展。

英文摘要：

The RMB settlement d cross -border trade in Xinjiang has obtained considerable development since its pilot conduct. This paper chooses the main macroeconomic factors affecting the business development and builds？ the？ VAR？ model through the framework of international trade settlement currency choice theory. The result？ shows that the main influence factors of RMB settlement of cross - border trade in Xinjiang are the scale of trade, the volatility of RMB exchange rate, the interest margin at home and abroad, and the development depth of RMB offshore financial markets. Measures on deepening the development of this business are put forward such as further consolidating the economic foundation in Xinjiang and ensuring the relative stability of RMB exchange rate, compressing the arbitrage space of RMB as well as accelerating the development of RMB offshore financial markets.
