为了研究生物质在闪速加热条件下的热解特性,设计了以等离子体加热、硅碳棒外部保温的新型层流炉装置;并利用该装置进行了稻壳粉末闪速热解实验,对层流炉反应管内气流温度场进行了实时检测。实验结果表明,该设备能够使层流炉反应管温度保持恒定,满足生物质挥发特性实验要求;稻壳挥发百分比数据与建立的理论模型计算结果相吻合,表明该模型可以描述生物质闪速热解特性。
To determine the volatilization characteristic of biomass materials, a new type laminar entrained reactor with plasma heated internally and heat insulated externally by electric silicon was developed. Rice husk pyrolysis experiments were conducted with the laminar entrained reactor at flash heatingrate and the temperature field variation of the reactor tube was measured. The result shows that the temperature field of laminar entrained reactor was stable during the experiments. The experimental data of rice husk fit the predicted values well. Therefore the model can be used to determine biomass pyrolysis character.
