目的:采用BN及SD大鼠评价鱼腥草注射液的过敏性。方法:分别用鱼腥草注射液、吐温80、阴性对照药和阳性对照药对BN大鼠进行主动全身过敏试验及对SD大鼠进行被动皮肤过敏试验。通过观察动物行为学、ELISA法检测BN大鼠血浆qblgE、组胺的含量和被动皮肤过敏试验中SD大鼠是否出现蓝斑以及蓝斑发生率来综合判断鱼腥草注射液的过敏性。结果:主动皮肤过敏试验中1%卵蛋白组、鱼腥草注射液组、0.5%吐温80组血浆中IgE、组胺与0.9%氯化钠溶液组比较显著性升高(P〈0.01,P〈0.05),被动过敏中1%卵蛋白组和鱼腥草注射液组的蓝斑率分别达到75%和25%,但0.5%吐温80组未出现蓝斑。综合实验结果为1%卵蛋白与鱼腥草注射液可诱发BN大鼠产生过敏反应,0.5%吐温80组为可疑,0.9%氯化钠溶液组未出现典型的过敏反应。结论:鱼腥草注射液能诱发BN大鼠出现急速过敏反应,说明鱼腥草注射液中存在过敏物质能引起速发型过敏。
Objective: The anaphylaxis of H. Cordata Injection were evaluated with BN and SD rat. Methods: The anaphylaxis of H. cordata injection, polysorbate 80, negative control and positive control medicine were judged by active systemic anaphylaxis tests with BN rat and passive skin allergy tests with SD rat. The anaphylaxis of H. Cordata Injection was overall judged from animal behavior, IgE and histamine content of BN rat, locus coeruleus incidence of SD rat. Results: The content of IgE and histamine about 1% egg albumen group, H. Cordata Injection group and 0.5% polysorbate 80 group were higher than physiological 0.9% sodium chloride solution group (P〈0.01, P〈0.05). The incidence of locus coeruleus about the egg albumen group was 75%, and the H. Cordata Injection group was 25%. But we could not see the locus coeruleus in 0.5% polysorbate 80 group. 1% egg albumen and H. Cordata Injection can induce allergic reaction with BN rat. 0.5% polysorbate 80 was suspicious. We couldn't see the typical reaction of allergic in physiological 0.9% sodium chloride solution group. Conclusion: H. Cordata Injection can induce allergic reaction with BN rat, which shows that sensibilisin in H. Cordata Injection can induce an allergic reaction with BN rat.
