利用SEM对应急信息资源再生模型中的原有资源建设、应急体制建设、再生主体参与度和再生平台建设、应急资源再生5个变量间假设关系进行检验,并根据实证分析提出建议:融合社会化媒体,建立统一应急信息再生平台,重视应急反馈机制并加强对原有资源的质量监管,体现应急信息资源的突发时效性、动态复杂性、传播迅速性、层级衍生性和传承保存性。
This paper uses SEM to test the hypothesized relationships of five variables including the original resources con- struction, emergency system construction, renewable subject participation, regeneration of platform construction and emergency information resource regeneration in emergency information resources regeneration model. According to the empirical analysis, the paper proposes several suggestions. First, it should integrate social media to establish a unified emergency information platform for regeneration. Second, it should pay attention to emergency feedback mechanism and strengthen supervision of existing resources quality. Third, the platform should embody the burst timeliness, dynamic complexity, rapid spreading, level derivation and heritage preservation.
