英文摘要：

PIM （Personal Information Management） is the management of personal information act, and also is a term that people used to describe the collecting, storaging, organizting, and then refinding things. The purpose of this paper is to list the resources that emergency professionals used to access emergency-product-related information, to know the features and types of emergency product information resources, their problems in the process of search, organization form and the information retrieval and to find the problem again based on PIM. The study found that participants often use books, product manuals, search engine and emergency product database, more than half of them consulted colleagues to acquire emergency - products - related information for emergency use, educational and reserve purposes. Handheld computers were used by most participants to access and store emergency product information. Lack of access to emergency products information and lack of enough time were the main obstacles in seeking emergency product information. A significant association was detected between organizing and re-finding information for future uses. The paper studied the emergency professional search behavior about emergency product information and in an information technology infrastructure is not a highly developed region, the way they manage these information. Training programs are required to help emergency professionals to find and access reliable and up-to-date emergency product information resources and to more easily re-find the emergency product information for future uses.
