In this paper we propose a new proxy signature scheme from bilinear pairing. In our scheme, when the signature has been verified, only the original signer＇s identity can be confirmed, the proxy signer＇s identity could not be known for protecting the benefit of the proxy signer. When the disputation is appeared, the original signer can indicate the identity of the proxy signer to the verifier for protecting his own benefit. In our scheme, a trusted authority need not involved and the proxy signer＇s privacy can he protected efficiently. Moreover, our scheme is designed from bilinear pairing, thus it has the advantages which short signatures have.
