目的：建立原子吸收分光光度法测定复方炔雌醇甲羟孕酮胶囊中葡萄糖酸钙含量的检测方法。方法：采用干式灰化后用稀盐酸溶解，使用原子吸收分光光度计在422．7nm处测定复方炔雌醇甲羟孕酮胶囊中葡萄糖酸钙的含量。结果：钙离子浓度在1．0～5．0μg·mL^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系，平均回收率为97．7％，RSD=1．5％（n=9）。结论：此测定方法简便、快速，精密度、重复性良好，具有不受其他成分干扰的优点。
英文摘要：
Objective： To develop an AAS method for the determination of calcium in Compound Medroxyprogesterone and Ethiny-loestradiol capsules. Methods： The dry ashed samples were dissolved by diluted hydrochloric acid and determined by AAS under 422. 7 nm. Results： The concentration range of Ca in 1.0-5.0 μg·mL^-1 was linear, and the average recovery rate was 97.7% with RSD 1. 5% （n = 9） Conclusion： The established method is easy to operate and shows good precision and reproducibility, and have an advantage of not being interfered by other ingredients.
