通过研究中国高技术产业时空分布,发现东部沿海高技术产业处于高度集聚状态.应用面板协整检验与面板误差修正模型,对东部沿海高技术产业集聚度与集聚效益关系进行检验.结果显示,在考虑截面效应下,东部沿海高技术产业集聚度和集聚效益存在双向长期因果关系,但短期内集聚度对集聚效益因果关系不成立,显示集聚非经济迹象.典型地区研究表明,短期内广东和江苏高技术产业出现集聚非经济迹象,上海和山东集聚有效,而河北和海南集聚不足.
It studies the spatial distribution of high-tech industry and finds out that the spatial distribution of high-tech industry in eastern coastal provinces and municipalities has been in a high concentration state. Using the heterogeneous panel cointegration and panel-based error correction model, it examines the relationship between the agglomeration of high-tech industry and the effectiveness of such agglomeration in eastern coastal region. The empirical results fully support a positive long-run cointegrated relationship between agglomeration benefit and agglomeration when the heterogeneous provinces effect is taken into account, while the short-term causality is not obvious. Finally, the test results of some typical provinces show that the high-tech industry agglomeration of Guangdong and Jiangsu is excessive in short-term, that of Shanghai and Shandong is moderate and that of Hainan and Hebei is deficient.
