英文摘要：

Based on the panel data of 28 two-digit manufacturing industries from 1998 to 2010 in China, this paper built an input-output system measuring comprehensive scale index of 28 manufacturing industries which reflects the dynamic trends of spatial agglomeration of China＇ s manufacturing industries. Then it ana- lyzed the change of the dynamic efficiency of capital accumulation and the marginal efficiency of labor alloca- tion so as to explore the characteristics of dynamic efficiency change of allocation of production factors in the process of spatial agglomeration of China＇ s manufacturing industries. Finally, on the basis of research results, some policy suggestions for the development of China＇ s manufacturing industry were put forward.
