针对电动汽车无线充电的需求,提出了一种兼顾调控效果与传输效率的恒流控制方法.针对LCL一S型的磁耦合谐振无线电能传输系统建立模型,对其进行工作特性分析,进而根据副边电流输出特性及传输效率特性曲线确定了系统高效运行的频率区间,将此区间作为系统恒流工作的调频区.并对比各种功率控制方式的优缺点,进而提出了变频控制与移相调压相结合的恒流控制策略.实验设计了PI闭环控制程序,验证了负载变化时的恒流控制效果.实验表明该控制策略基本实现了无静差、无超调的快速响应控制.
In order to meet the practical demand of the wireless charging for electric vehicles, a constant current control method is proposed. The model of the magnetic coupling resonance inductively coupled power transfer (ICPT) system based on LCL-S type is established, and its operating characteristics are analyzed. Then, according to the output characteristic curve of the secondary current and the transmission efficiency characteristic curve, the frequency range of the system is determined. And this interval is used as the frequency modulation area of the system constant current operation. The advantages and disadvantages of various power control methods are compared. Furthermore, a constant current control strategy is proposed, which is the combination of variable frequency control and phase shifting voltage regulation. Control program of the PI feedback is designed. Through experiment, the constant current control effect is verified when the load is different. The experiment shows that the control strategy can realize the non static difference and the fast response control without overshoot.
