基于并联同步开关电感(P-SSHI)接口电路,设计了一种高效压电能量收集芯片。芯片包括P-SSHI电路、控制电路。芯片具有开关控制信号较少、控制电路结构简单、稳定性好的优点。输出端的设计能够有效抑制回流效应,提高了能量收集效率。基于0.5μm CMOS工艺仿真结果显示:在相同激励下,该芯片收集的最大功率是传统AC-DC整流电路的10倍以上。
An efficient piezoelectric energy harvesting chip was designed based on Parallel Synchronized Switch Harvesting on Inductance (P-SSHI) interface circuit.The proposed chip includes a P-SSHI circuit ,a control circuit and a signal conditioning circuit.This chip has many advantages, such as less switch controlling signals, simple control circuit, and good stability. Besides,the design of output end can inhibit the current backflow effect effectively, improving the power extraction capability. The simulation results based on 0.5 μm CMOS process show that the maximum power is able to extract 10 times more than a conventional AC-DC full-bridge rectifier.
