从低维纳米复合材料的制备技术和制备工艺入手,设计开发了双极性双喷头静电纺丝装置,解决了单极性喷头同性相斥不能获得交织的异质材料的问题,实现了带有不同极性的两种金属氧化物纺丝前驱液的交织复合,成功制备了金属氧化物SnO2/In2 O3复合纳米纤维。通过对SnO2/In2 O3复合纳米纤维的SEM表征发现,复合纤维中同时存在正四方相晶系的SnO2和立方晶系结构的In2 O3。利用双极性双喷头静电纺丝装置制备复合纳米纤维对复合材料制备技术的发展具有深远意义。
A modified bipolar electrospinning with double jets with opposite electric field was de-signed and developed. The repulsion problem came from the same polaritys have been solved in this new system. SnO2/In2 O3 composite nanofibers were prepared by using the modified electro-spinning system. Compounding and interweaving of two metal oxide precursor solution with dif-ferent polarties were compounded and interwoven. The morphology and structure of treated SnO2/In2 O3 composite hetero-nanofibers were analyzed by using SEM. SnO2 nanofibers of tetra-gonal phase and cubic phase In2 O3 nanofibers existed simultaneously in the SnO2/In2 O3 compos-ite nanofibers. Composite nanofibers was sucessfully prepared based on bipolar electrospinning with double jets, which is far-reaching implications for the development of materials prepara-tion technology.
