立足后发企业如何实现赶超领先企业这一理论与实践问题,借助对华为和长虹两家企业的跨案例研究,尝试探索在不同产业技术体制及不确定性技术变革的条件下中国制造业企业进行技术追赶的内在机制。研究发现:第一,不同产业技术体制下制造业企业获取后发优势的过程存在显著差异;第二,不确定性的技术变革在技术追赶过程中影响制造业企业获取后发优势,技术变革的动态性和复杂性越强,为制造业企业获得后发优势创造的机会越大;第三,在不同技术体制内和不确定性技术变革条件下,采用突破性技术追赶战略的制造业企业更容易获得后发优势,采用渐近性技术追赶战略抑或不能获取长期的后发优势。
This article through the literature review, the establishment of theoretical framework and research hypothesis and by using the cross-case study method ('Huawei' and 'Changhong' as the object of study) study and test under the uncertainty of technological change path and mechanism of different industrial technology regime in Chinese manufacturing enterprises to catch up and get the late-developing advantage. The study found: first, different industrial technology regime drive manufacturing enterprises to obtain the advantage of late-developing advantage is different; second, uncertainty of technological change in technological catch-up process of manufacturing enterprises to obtain the advantage, dynamic and complex of technological change is stronger, creating opportunities for manufacturing industry enterprises to gain advantage; third, different manufacturing technology in the system of enterprises in the uncertainty of technological change, the breakthrough technology catch-up strategy are more likely to gain new late-developing advantage, and the asymptotic behavior of technological catch-up strategies are not likely to gain late-developing advantage.
