中国软件企业在技术基础和研发投入方面落后于国外企业，调研发现，一批企业通过服务创新促进技术能力成长，在基础软件领域实现了自主创新。为此，对东软集团的自主创新过程进行了案例研究。在此基础上．分析中国软件企业技术能力成长机制，研究表明，中国软件企业选择从服务创新入手弥补技术基础的不足，利用开放式创新实现技术能力的快速成长，最终形成了服务创新、基础软件创新和技术能力成长的良性互动。
英文摘要：
Chinese software enterprises have been lagging behind of foreign ones at technology base and R＆D invest-ment. On the base of investigation, we find that some enterprises have promoting technology capability growth through service innovation, and achieved independent innovation of fundamental software. Therefore, the case study is drawn from Neusoft corporation＇s independent innovation. Base on this, the mechanism of technology capability growth in Chinese en- terprises is analyzed. The study shows that Chinese software enterprises choose service innovation to avoid shortcomings on technology base, use open innovation realizing technological capability rapid growth, and realizing the benign interac-tion forms of service innovation ,fundamental software innovation and technology capability growth.
