Personalized precision diagnosis and therapy provide an accurate, minimally invasive and effective approach for clinical diagnostic and therapeutic platform for complex diseases, which has great research and clinical value. Accurate diagnosis techniques are important preconditions of personalizedtherapy. This paper reviewed the most recent achievements and major methods of personalized precision diagnosis, medical information fusion, and visualization techniques. Developments and challenges of personalized precision diagnosis and therapy fully reflects its broad prospects in clinical trials. Continued improvements of personalized precision diagnosis will lead to better understanding of mechanisms of diseases and will play an important role in the treatment and cure of critical illnesses.
