The laid-off workers＇ human capital is analyzed by utilizing the factor analysis method, human capital is divided into three factors： ability factor, knowledge factor and experience factor. The relationship between them and the founds＇ performance, the positive significant correlation are found between the ability factor and the founds＇ performance, but the knowledge factor, the experience factor and the performance relations are not remarkable. The conclusion is put forward that more attention should be paid on the laid-off unemployment workers in retraining for enhancing their founder＇s performance.
