采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米NiO以及Na或/和Mo掺杂的纳米NiO催化剂,考察了催化剂的丙烷氧化脱氢(oxidative dehydrogenation of propane,ODHP)反应性能,并利用BET、X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、拉曼光谱、程序升温还原(H2-TPR)以及程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)等技术对催化剂的结构和性质进行了表征.在考察的不同催化剂中,Na和Mo共掺杂的催化剂(Na0.03Mo0.10NiO)表现出最佳的ODHP反应性能.425℃反应时,其最高丙烯收率为15.4%.催化剂表征结果表明,该催化剂较低的可还原性能以及合适的表面酸性可能是其丙烯选择性较高的重要因.另外,较小的晶粒尺寸以及钼酸镍物种的存在可能也有助于其ODHP反应性能的提高.
Nanosized NiO,Na-and/or Mo-doped NiO catalysts have been prepared by sol-gel method and investigated for the oxida- tive dehydrogenation of propane (ODHP).The structure and properties of the catalysts were characterized by BET, XRD,TEM,laser Raman spectroscopy, H2-TPR and N H3-TPD techniques. Among the catalysts studied, the Na/Mo co-doped sample (Na0.03 Mo0 ~ NiO) showed the best ODHP performance.With this catalyst,the propene yield of 15.40~ was obtained at 425 ~C .The characteriza- tion results showed that the higher propene selectivity over Na0 o3 Mo0.~0 NiO could be attributed to its lower reducibility and appro- priate surface acidity.Moreover,the smaller crystalline size and the presence of nickel molybdate species may also improve the cata- lytic performance.
