采用半静态染毒试验方法研究了2-氯硝基苯暴露浓度分别为0,0.10,0.50,1.00,5.00 mg/L时对鲫鱼肝脏和鳃中总超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶活性的影响。结果表明:2-氯硝基苯暴露浓度高于0.5 mg/L时对鲫鱼肝脏和鳃中总超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶的活性均有一定的影响;低浓度的2-氯硝基苯对酶活性具有一定的刺激诱导作用,高浓度时则对酶活性起抑制作用。相同试验条件下,2-氯硝基苯对肝脏中酶活性的刺激诱导作用强于对鳃的刺激诱导作用,而鳃中对酶活性的抑制作用则大于肝脏中对酶活性的抑制作用。鲫鱼肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶的活性均高于鳃中相应酶的活性。试验结果可为研究2-氯硝基苯对鲫鱼体内抗氧化机理提供基础数据。
