铁酸铋是目前唯一在室温下同时具有铁电性和反铁磁性的单相多铁性材料,因其具有丰富的物理性质以及广阔的应用前景备受关注。虽然理论上其具有较大的剩余极化强度、相对较小的带隙宽度以及较大的光吸收系数,然而,因受到尺寸效应等因素的影响,难以制备出性能良好的铁酸铋材料。因此,欲提高铁酸铋材料的性能并使之获得实际应用,研究晶粒尺寸对BFO薄膜性能的影响极其重要。晶粒尺寸对BFO薄膜性能(如铁电性、介电性、漏电性、光学性能和磁性能等)的影响规律目前还未有统一的定论。鉴于此,本文将近几年来国内外关于晶粒尺寸对铁酸铋薄膜性能调控方面的研究进行了归纳总结,并且提出了现阶段研究存在的主要问题。
Bismuth ferrite is the only single phase multiferroic material which shows ferroelectricity and antiferromagnetic properties at room temperature at present.It attracted much attentions because of its abundant physical properties and broad application prospects.Although it possesses large remanent polarization,relatively small band gap and large light absorption coefficient theoretically,it is difficult to prepare bismuth ferrite material with good property dueto the effect of many factors such as grain size effect.Therefore,it is very important to study the effect of grain size in order to improve the properties of BFO films and obtain practical application.Yet the influence of grain size on the properties(such as ferroelectricity,dielectric properties,leakage resistance,optical properties and magnetic properties,etc)of BFO films is complicated,there is no unified conclusion how each property changes with the grain size actually.In view of this,this paper summarizes the research how the grain size regulate the properties of BFO films in recent years at home and abroad,and some research problems at the present stage are put forward.
