产学研协同创新的知识转移可实现资源共享、知识增值,提高企业创新能力的同时有利于高校与科研院所的科技成果商业化应用。运用演化经济学的动态观点,构建产学研协同创新的知识转移演化博弈模型,并通过Matlab数据仿真分析可以得出影响产学研协同创新的知识转移的几个关键变量：高校与科研院所的知识转移意愿、企业的学习意愿;企业的吸收能力;双方沟通能力及收益分配比例,并在此基础上完善促进产学研协同创新的知识转移成功进行的策略。

英文摘要：

Knowledge transfer of Industry- University- Research（ I- U- R） collaborative innovation can share resources and knowledge value,enhance industry innovation capacity and help improve the technological achievements conversion rate of University- Research,thereby it can increase the country＇s capacity for independent innovation. In this paper,the factors that influence knowledge transfer of I- U- R collaborative innovation are analyzed by constructing model based on evolutionary game and matlab simulation： University- Research knowledge transfer willingness,industry willingness to learn,absorption capacity of Industry,communication skills and income distribution ratio of the two sides,and some corresponding strategies are also presented.
