农民满意度是水资源管理绩效的直接体现。通过参与式农村调查获取资料，分析了甘肃省高台县288位农民对用水户协会管理的满意度，运用Logistic模型定量分析了影响农民对用水者协会管理满意度的因素。结果表明：影响农民满意度因素的排序为供水充足程度＞灌溉及时程度＞水费合理程度＞灌溉耗时＞财务透明程度＞基础设施建设和维护＞用水公平程度。供水充足程度、灌溉及时程度、灌溉耗时、用水公平程度、水费合理程度、财务透明程度是影响农民对用水者协会管理满意度的重要因素，基础设施建设和维护对满意度没有显著影响。基于以上结果，提出了相关的对策建议，以提升农民的满意度，促进农民积极参与水资源管理。
英文摘要：
Famers＇satisfaction is the direct manifestation of water management performance .Participatory rural survey data is used to analyze farmers＇satisfaction of Gaotai County ,GansuProvince .The content is about 288 farmers＇satisfaction of Water Users Associ-ation Management .Logistic model is established to quantitatively analyze the factors which impact farmers＇satisfaction .The result show that ：the factor affecting farmers＇satisfaction arrange is the adequacy of water supply ,timeliness of irrigation ,reasonable of water price ,irrigation takes time ,transparency of financial ,infrastructure construction and maintenance ,fairness of water use .ade-quacy of water supply ,timeliness of irrigation ,reasonable of water price ,transparency of financial ,fairness of water use are the fac-tors affecting farmers＇satisfaction of WUA management .Infrastructure construction and maintenance does not significantly impact farmers＇satisfaction .Based on the results ,the correlative policies and advice are provided to improve farmers＇satisfaction and pro-mote farmers＇participation in the WUA water resources management .
