实现射频宽带变压器的方式有低功率线性变压器和传输线变压器两种。该文从传统变压器理论和传输线理论人手,分析了影响变压器频率响应曲线的因素,提出设计射频宽带变压器的通用方法,并实际制作了这两种变压器,验证了方法的有效性,通过对测试结果的分析和比较,得到一些改善器件性能的有效方法。
Low-power linearity transformer and transmission line transformer are the two realization ways of ra- dio broadband transformer. Based on the tradition transformer theory and the transmission line theory, the factors affecting the transformer's frequency response curve are analyzed in this paper. An universal method of designing the radio broadband transformer is proposed to make and testify the two kinds transformer. Some useful methods of improving the component function are obtained by analyzing and comparing the test results.
