采用低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)31艺实现抗电磁干扰(EMI)低通滤波器,针对在工艺流程中出现的各种问题,通过分析后提出解决方案,经反复实验,成功制作出与设计目标相符合的器件。所总结的工艺经验同样适用于基于LTCC工艺的其他器件。
A method to realize anti--EMI low--pass filter using the LTCC process was introduced in this paper. According to the problems presenting in the process, solutions were proposed after repeated experiments, and the components according with the design objective were made successfully. The process experiences summarized in this study could also be applied to other components based on the LTCC process.
