在我国电力体制改革中,多种市场化手段被运用到电力行业。基于此背景,从发电企业参与的电力市场行为出发,探究发电权交易与碳排放权交易的共性,并将发电权交易成本、碳排放权交易成本计入企业成本,建立了以发电企业总利润最大化为目标,以区域总发电量不变为约束的发电权与碳排放权组合交易模型。在该组合交易模式下,利用MATLAB的优化算法对某区域火力发电企业的发电计划进行了发电量的优化配置,算例结果表明,通过发电权和碳排放权组合交易后,大容量发电机组的出力明显增加,该区域发电企业的总利润增加且碳排放量降低,具有较好的经济效益和环境效益。同时,分析了交易过程中利润和碳排放量的影响因素。
In the process of the power reform,many kinds of marketing means are applied to the electric power industry.Based on this background,starting with behaviors of the power generation company's participation of the power market,the paper explores the common features of the power generation right trading and carbon emissions right trading,and incorpo-rates the cost of those two trading into the total cost of the power generation company,and then establishes a combined trading model of both power generation rights and emission rights with the maximization of the power generation company's profits as the goal and with the total power generation of a region unchanged as constraints In this combined trading model,the generation planning of the power generation com-panies including wind power enterprises of Inner Mongolia is optimized by using MATLAB optimization algorithm. Example results show that the output of large-sized units and clean generation units increase obviously through the power and carbon emissions trading. And the total profit of power generation enterprises in the region is increased while the amount of carbon emissions is reduced,in other words,the model helps to realize satisfactory economic and environmental benefit. In addition,this paper also analyzes the impacts of price factors on profit and carbon emissions in the process of trading.
