煤矿开采造成了矿区地形的剧烈变化,这对矿区地形图的更新,提出了快速和高精度的要求。地面控制点的选取是遥感影像几何纠正中的重要环节,本文针对从地形图人工选取控制点的缺陷,通过差分GPS采集高精度的地面控制点(GCP),对矿区SPOT5数据进行几何校正。结果表明,采用该方法校正的SPOT2.5m全色影像的平均点位精度为2.1812m,在1个像元精度以内,大大提高了校正的精度。如通过高精度的DGPS控制点来校正高空间分辨率卫星影像,同时加强作业过程的质量控制,基本可以满足矿区大比例尺地形图(甚至1:2000)的更新要求。
The terrain is influenced quickly by mining activity in coal area, and the slow updating speed and low updating efficiency of topographical maps could not satisfy with the demand. It is very important for us to improve the technology of updating topographical maps in coal area. The selection of ground control points (GCP) is an important process in geometry rectification of remote sensing imagery. Aiming at the disadvantage of GCP selection from topographical maps, high accuracy GCPS was collected based on DGPS to ortho-rectify the SPOT5 panchromatic images. The result shows that this method can improve the accuracy and efficiency of point selection, conforms to expectation. If strengthens the quality control of productive process to improve the accuracy, which can satisfy the demand of the quick updating of 1 : 2000 topographical maps in coal area.
