研究生协同创新参与方的结构网络化程度逐步增强这一问题得到越来越多的关注。在深入分析研究生协同创新网络构成要素及各要素相互关系的基础上,首先构造了知识共享和社会关系网络的超网络模型,建立了基于关系价值最大和成本最小等不同偏好下的多目标最优决策模型,并运用变分不等式求解。研究发现:当社会关系水平较低时,很难得到同时满足所有参与方目标最优,难以实现超网络均衡;即使社会水平较高,但知识共享较低时,得到的超网络均衡也不稳定。研究最后探索了提升研究生协同创新能力的途径。
The participants structure in the postgraduates' collaborative innovation network becomes complicated,which raises more and more attention.Based on in―depth analysis of elements of postgraduates' innovative network and their relationships,a super network model considering knowledge sharing and social relationships is constructed.An optimal multi― objective decision― making model considering the maximum value and the minimum cost is developed according to the level of knowledge sharing and social relationship.We find that when the level of social relationship is low,it is difficult to achieve super―network balance satisfying all targets;even the level of social relationship is high,the equilibrium network is not stable when the level of sharing knowledge is low.Finally,exploring ways to enhance the postgraduates' creative ability are discussed.
