基于实际工程的带冷却水管的混凝土长方体非绝热温升试验,结合反问题求解的遗传算法和3维有限单元法,识别包括绝热温升和不同保温条件下的放热系数等在内的混凝土温控参数。试验结果表明,反分析所得温控参数能真实反映混凝土的热学性能。采用试验和反分析相结合的方法,既经济、简单,又能获得多个温控参数,具有较高的工程应用推广价值。
Based on the genetic algorithm of inverse problem and the 3-D FEM,non-adiabatic temperature rise test of rectangle with cooling pipe based on actual project was done to identify adiabatic temperature rise,heat exchange coefficient and so on.The comparison results showed that different temperature control parameters can indicate the real thermal properties of concrete in site.The method of the combination of test and reverse analysis is simple and economical,and many temperature control parameters can be obtained simultaneously,so it has high engineering values in the future.
