本文借溪洛渡拱坝为例,探讨特高拱坝横缝开度控制的有效方法与措施。利用横缝开合模拟技术,真实模拟大坝横缝在施工过程中横缝的开合叠代过程,在反馈分析其横缝开度的基础上,对未来横缝的开度进行了预测预报,针对大坝横缝开度偏小的特点,提出了有效增大横缝开度,增强可灌性的措施与方案,为保障拱坝横缝灌浆效果、保证大坝整体安全提供重要保障。
This paper discusses effective crack preventing method and measure for super-high arch dam through a case study of Xiluodu arch dam.Transverse joint simulation techniques are effective and useful in modeling the opening-closing process of transverse joints at dam construction stage.With proper feedback information,these techniques can be used for prediction of the aperture development at the later stages.Adopting such a prediction method and taking advantage of transverse joint aperture that has a very small opening,this paper puts forth an effective measure that increases the aperture opening and improves the grouting quality,hence providing a better guarantee for integrated dam safety.
