建筑行业的原材料配料过程常处于有强干扰的恶劣环境,具有时变性,且不允许超调,为了实现快速、高精度和零超调的配料过程控制,笔者对干扰源进行分析,提出了一种分离抗干扰技术,并应用于基于模糊控制的配料系统.系统以ADUC836单片机为控制核心,依据对干扰源的分析,从硬件结构上将干扰源逐个分离,配合有针对性的逐级组合抗干扰应用电路,将干扰信号分离滤除,在滤除大幅度干扰的基础上采用一种改进模糊PID控制算法,提升系统的适应性.Matlab仿真结果表明系统响应速度快,超调小,有较好的适应性.整体系统实际应用表明,硬件抗干扰电路滤波效果好,采样计算准确,系统基本无超调,配料精度高,运行稳定.
The process of raw material batching,which is a common process in construcion industry,is usually involved with kinds of interference,and this process is time-varing and no allowance of overshooting.In order to handle the characters,the source of the interference is analysed and isolated anti-interference method is used in the batching system.This system is based on ADUC836 Microcontroller and interferences are filtered by particular circuits which is used on separated parts of hardware.As this,Fuzzy-PID control is used to improve the adaption of the system.The simulation of MATLAB illustrates that the system is fast-responding、no overshooting,and these are proved in applicaion as well.
