With the rapid development of the economic globalization, comparative advantages based on traditional elements such as raw materials, labor cost becomes much weaker, Hubei＇s textile industry have an urgent demand of the optimization and upgrading with increasing pressure. Mergers become an important means of filling resources gap and adjusting industrial structure for the Hubei＇s textile industry chain. This paper probes Hubei textile industry development environment, and puts forward proposals of merging with key enterprises, which is the organic link on the upper, middle and lower of the Industry chain, and also is the draft of mergers of cotton textile industry, clothing industry, chemical fiber and dying industries of Hubei.
