目的探讨实弹演习火炮打击后,不同位置掩体保护下兔肠组织病理及NMDAr1表达的变化。方法闽南山地团进攻演习,按照模拟战地士兵隐蔽情况,将30只实验兔随机分为远离火炮打击的空白对照组及火炮打击区域的反角隐蔽组和迎面隐蔽组。火炮打击6h后,各组存活兔取肠组织,观察其病理损伤形态学及NMDAr1表达的变化。结果与空白对照组比较.反角隐蔽组和迎面隐蔽组NMDAr1表达强阳性,肠组织结构层紊乱,间质出血。炎症细胞浸润;迎面隐蔽组肠组织结构损伤程度及NMDAr1免疫反应强度均高于反角隐蔽组。结论火炮打击后兔肠组织应激损伤反应强烈,反角掩体保护能够减轻肠组织损伤,NMDAr1参与肠组织损伤病理过程。
Objective To study the NMDArl expression and pathology on injury intestinal tissue in rabbits hidden in different positions of blindage after real artillery attacking in battlefield. Methods 30 experiment rabbits were randomly divided into blank control group stay away from the gun fight,reverse hidden group stay artillery hit area and sand frontage hidden group according to the simulated field soldiers concealed in mountain regiment artillery attacking ma- neuver at southern of Fujian.The NMDArl expression and pathology on injury intestinal tissue in live rabbits were ob- served and recorded in 6 hours after injury. Results Compared with the blank group,the NMDArl expression in re- verse hidden group and frontage hidden group were strong positive,intestinal tissue structure were destroyed,nerve cells degeneration necrosis and intestinal tissue interstitial hemorrhage.The NMDArl expression in frontage hidden group were stronger than that of the reverse hidden group. Conclusion The stress injury response is very strong in rabbits at- tacked by artillery,reverse blindage protection can reduce degree of intestinal tissue injury,NMDArl participates in in- testinal tissue injury pathological process.
