A new supramolecular compound, [H2 bpy]2(PMo7^Ⅵ Mo5^Ⅴ V2^Ⅳ O42) has been synthesized by mild hydrothermal techniques. The compound consists of protonated bpy and bicapped Keggin cluster [PMo7^Ⅵ Mo5^Ⅴ V2^Ⅳ O42]4-, which are combined together to form three-dimensional supramolecular struc- ture.
