以C2H2为反应气体,Ar为等离子体工作气体和冷却气体,采用高频等离子体气相沉积法制备一种新颖的纳米碳粒,以TEM、HRTEM、BET、XRD、FTIR、XPS手段表征分析了该纳米碳粒的内部微结构、粒径、比表面积、表面官能团和表面元素。结果表明,制备的纳米碳粒呈分散性的球状,粒径范围介于15~60nm,平均粒径为30.5nm。经计算,该纳米碳粒石墨化度为0.233,且其石墨碎片发生了明显的卷曲,具有介于无定形的炭黑和高度有序的富勒烯之间的过渡态微结构。
Novel carbon nanopartieles were prepared with acetylene as reactant gas and argon as working or cooling gas by Radio-Frequency Plasma Chemical Vapor Deposition method (RF-Plasma CVD). The microstructure, particle diameters, specific surface area, surface functional groups and exterior elements of the carbon nanoparticles were characterized by TEM, HRTEM, BET, XRD, FTIR and XPS. The results showed that the carbon nanoparticles are spherical in shape and well dispersed with the diameters ranging from 15 to 60 nm and the mean diameter of 30. 5 nm. The calculaled graphitization degree of particles is 0. 233 and the graphite fragments occurred remarkably curving. The novel carbon nanoparticles possess the transition microstructure between the amorphous structure of carbon black and the high ordering structure of fullerence.
