In the post-Cold War era,with a worldwide rise of ethnic conflicts,handling ethnic conflicts became the common concern in the contemporary multidisciplinary research fields. This paper attempts to make a preliminary theoretical study on ethnic conflicts in the contemporary world in regard with occurring fields,structural factors,deconstruction analysis,handling paradigm,connotation of structural treatment and relations.
